Dog training treibballIf you’ve completed your manners training and you’re ready to learn something new and have some fun with your dog, our Sports and Fun training program has you covered.  We offer a variety of doggie sports and fun classes to keep you and your pooch physically healthy and mentally stimulated.

Here’s how it works:

Choose the number of class sessions you’d like to take (5, 10, or 20), then select an activity and a preferred class day/time.  We’ll reserve a space for you in that class until your membership expires.  Your membership is good for more weeks than you have sessions, so if you can’t attend a class here or there, you have time to make those up.

  • Our 5-session pass is great if you’re new to an activity or don’t want a long-term commitment.  5-session memberships are good for 8 weeks.  $110
  • Our 10-session pass is perfect for gaining a strong foundation in any of our activities.  10-session membership are good for 15 weeks.  $210
  • Our 20-session pass is perfect for the dog-owner team who know what they want and are ready to conquer their activity!  20-session memberships are good for 30 weeks.    $400

Most of our Sports and Fun classes are taught on an ongoing basis and are tailored to your level of experience, so you never have to worry about finding a start date or the correct level, with the exception of a few of the classes.  These will be specified in the description

Treibball

Treibball, the newest competitive canine sport to come to the US, is an off-leash game requiring the dog to herd 8  exercise balls of varying sizes into a goal, acting on the handlers commands.  Some of the benefits of Treibball include building a stronger bond and improving communication between you and your dog, enhancing off leash reliability and promoting independent thinking.  Many people like treibball because it allows their high-energy dogs to get some serious mental and physical exercise, but treibball is actually a great sport for dogs of all breeds, ages and sizes.  It is challenging, but low impact, which makes it a great option for dogs and people of all abilities as well.  In other words, it’s fun for all!
