Frequently Asked Questions

Questions about our Modular Dog Training Program

Q:  I just don’t get it.  What’s the difference between modular classes and regular classes?

A:  In terms of content, absolutely nothing.  You still learn the same skills, just with more flexibility in how you do it.  Because classes aren’t restricted to a certain level, you’ll never be in over your head and you’ll never be working on a skill that you mastered long ago.  If you have a schedule conflict during your regular class time, you make it up by checking out the calendar and finding another day or time that the module you missed is being offered and send in a request to come to that class.

Q:  I’m nervous.  What if I join a class where there are other students working at much higher levels than me?

A:  Rest easy!  Each student works on the assigned skill at his or her own level, and our small class size guarantees you plenty of time with your instructor to get help at your level.  (Plus, we’re a family at Superior—more experienced students remember what it was like to be just starting out and are always willing to lend a hand!)

Questions about our Sports & Fun Dog Training Program

Q:  Can I use one pass for multiple activities?

A:  No. Each membership corresponds to only one activity, so you’d have to purchase a separate pass for each activity.  However, if you’re interested in purchasing memberships for more than one activity at the same time, we’re still happy to give you the volume discount; just ask!

Q:  Can I use one pass for multiple dogs?

A: No. Each membership corresponds to only one dog, so you’d have to purchase a separate pass for each dog.  However, if you’re interested in purchasing memberships for more than one dog at the same time, we’re still happy to give you the volume discount; just ask!

Q:  What if my membership expires before I’ve used all my sessions?

A:  We always include extra weeks in our Sports and Fun memberships, so we’re confident you can use up all your sessions before your pass expires!
